EcoVance Landscaping LLC is a Faith based company. We service both Commercial and Residential properties serving Tyler and the surrounding East Texas areas. We provide reliable lawn care and routine maintenance, along with landscaping services such as sod installation, flower beds, mulch, rock beds, French drains, gutter cleanups, tree limb haul-offs, and seasonal cleanups. We take pride in quality work, honest service, and making sure every property looks clean, professional, and well cared for.
EcoVance Landscaping LLC is a locally owned landscaping and lawn care company proudly serving Tyler and the East Texas community. Founded by Jose Maldonado, EcoVance is built on more than 10 years of hands-on experience, dependable service, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Jose’s passion for landscaping began while working for his father’s company, "Maldonado’s Landscaping & Renovations LLC" in Rowlett, Texas. He later started Jr.’s Lawn Service, going door to door in his neighborhood offering lawn care services.
What began as a young entrepreneur’s ambition eventually became a clear vision: to build a landscaping company that customers could trust to care for their property with professionalism, pride, and attention to detail.
After moving to Tyler, Jose saw the need for a landscaping company that valued quality over shortcuts and treated each property as more than just another stop on a route. That vision became "EcoVance Landscaping LLC".
The name "EcoVance" represents an elevated approach to landscaping: providing long-term value through quality workmanship, efficiency, professionalism, and dependable service.
